Please help im a first time mom, my son is only 11 weeks I exclusively breastfeed and his poop was always yellow so now im wondering why his poop is green? It's been consistently green for almost a whole week. I got worried and told his Doctor but she said its probably green if I changed my diet or have been eating a lot of dairy products but that it was nothing to worry about. I haven't changed my diet at all though and have not been consuming dairy products more than I had been before. He also has been SUPER fussy the past 3 days but its weird because he will be just fine one minute then just like that hes crying like crazy. My son also has been having trouble sleeping, he used to sleep quite a lot but again these past few days he just doesn't seem to be sleeping as much. At times he will also bring his hands to his face or mouth and just rub his face or cheek. I fear he might be getting sick or something he's just not acting like his usual self, is there any moms out there that might know what's wrong with my son?
