HELP.. PLEASE!!

hello all.. I was hoping and in need of advice of what this could mean. I am 8 days until my expected period and ovulated sometime last week but couldn't say how many DPO I am. I have been checking my cervix and usually there is nothing on it quite dry and a little bit of wetness. I checked my cervical mucus today and have found stringy thick mucus. different to how it normally is. For the last 2 days I have been so anxious and really sad. for know reason at all. I'm in fact on holiday in Spain. I have posted the photo for you and would be so grateful for some advice. thanks
