My LO is 5 months old and I want to start sleep training. Right now he sleeps in a bassinet beside the bed and when he wakes up I put him in bed to nurse. Half of the time I put him in bed, intending to nurse him, and he sleeps immediately. I need tips on getting him to try and sleep through the night. I'm tired of having to put him in bed with me or finding the paci for him. Any tips? Also how do you know when they are crying bc they are hungry versus crying bc they just woke up overnight?
