I know this ain't controversial, BUT.

Alrighty. So.

Power went out at 2:06pm.

Said it'd be restored by 5:30pm.

Then pushed that to 9:00pm.

Then pushed it to 10pm.

It's now 10:14pm and restoration time is unknown. It's just my block too, all surrounding areas have electricity.

How long do they generally last, and do you think the power will come back overnight? I'm on 79% at the moment but need my phone to be charged before I go to work at 11am.

When it first went out, I turned off the power point in my room. My plan was to turn it back on before bed in hopes that my phone will charge overnight. Is this a bad idea?
