Baby fell out of bed

My sweet baby boy who is almost 5 months old fell out of a hotel bed! He was with my husband and I was out of the room. He has a pretty big bump on his head and swollen eye! :(

I'm just wondering if anyone else experienced this and how long it takes for the swelling to go down? This happened 3 days ago. He has had a CT scan that came back negative to a skull fracture and there was no bleeding on the brain. This momma needs some reassurance :(
