Shakeology
Hey ladies. I am 6 weeks pregnant. Does anyone else drink shakeology? Are you stopping or continuing? My coach said she drank it for both pregnancies and its great nutrients for your body and the baby. Just want to get others opinions. I will surely ask my doctor on the 21st.
