Nose Peircing early in pregnancy

I got my nose peirced and I am 11 weeks. Nobody knows I'm pregnant yet so it's normal for my family but I heard as long as you aren't getting your nipples or vag peirced it's okay? I'm not going to get anymore I just had to opportunity to do it and I did.. Am I a terrible for doing it? It didn't even hurt me so how could it hurt the baby. I heard about infections and I am extremely unlikely to get one, I'm caring for it as I should.
