She can't do this right?

My husband has a child with a woman from a one night stand years ago. She's filed a petition for child support court. I know you can write a petition for any request you want basically and it's up to the judge to decide. But here's the weird thing about it- she says that he's capable of making more money and that she wants the court to order him to get another job so he can pay more! Now it's not like he pays nothing in child support he makes pretty good money and works about 60 hours a week already. It would be insane to make him get another job. She's just doing this because she knows how much we hate going to court and we have a baby on the way this month and she wants to make us keep driving two hours to sit in a court room for two minutes. This is the same woman who now three times had filed a petition to give him more custody of his son then when she gets to court says "I thought about it more and never mind I want to pull my petition." The judge won't take this seriously right?? We really can't afford to give her more money and he's killing himself already working so much!

Ps- She's a perfectly capable 25 year old woman who just works part time at a gas station and collects welfare. So she always wants more money. And it's not like she spends her money on her son- we provide everything he needs.
