Help?

I went to the ER today due to severe cramping for the last day or so but no bleeding. They did a hcg test and ultrasound and I'm measuring at 5wks 6days but according to my obgyn I should be around 6wks 3days. Is this normal? Should I be concerned? My hcg level was at 11587. Also on the ultrasound it stated that there was no fetal pole or heartbeat detected.

Had my ultrasound done today I am 6wks 5days and the baby's heartbeat is at 138. Everything is going good❤️

Got my results back from the hcg test this morning and my levels went up from 11,587 to 13,339

too early for ultrasound to detect.  they usually wait til 8 weeks. I would say you are fine. dont stress too much

I would make an appt with the OBGYN, I've seen numerous posts about the ER being so wrong.

hey hun. doctors go by the first day of last period for pregnancy until ultrasound shows otherwise. if you ovulated any later than day 14, then you won't be as far along as the doctor thinks. your numbers sound great for 5 weeks. as long as they double within 72 hours, baby is growing just fine.

That's only four days difference, it's totally normal. It's also normal not to be able to see a baby until 6-7 weeks at least. Are you having a follow up ultrasound in a week or two? I'm sure everything will be fine then (: 
Cramping is also normal, though I would be concerned too if my cramping was severe :/ is the cramping all over or just on one side? One sided cramping can be ectopic..
