Can't eat 😭

I'm 6 weeks 1 day today & I've been so nauseous the past week or two.... it's progressively gotten worse & now I'm at the point where I have no appetite & just flat out can't eat. I had a miscarriage in May & with that pregnancy I was constantly hungry & only got nauseous at night. So this being sick all the time is new & so hard for me 😭😭 what do I do if I just can't eat ?
