Clomid will not cause a false positive. However, if you had a trigger shot in addition to the Clomid, it could. Clomid does not have any hcg levels for a pregnancy test to pick up.

The best way to find out is going to the doctor to do blood work.

You can get a false positive from Clomid. Check the instruction from the test. Maybe your test is diferent. Usuy they give you a list of medicine that can give you false positive. One of the medicines in Clomid. Sorry hun. I really hope that I am wrong but....
