Protein intake
Hi guys! I'm about 5'3 and 130lbs. How much protein do you think I should get per day to lose weight? I run sports camps everyday 9-3 for children so I'm pretty active. I don't eat meat, and occasionally eat fish. I'm working on removing dairy from my diet, as I've been getting hives from dairy and it's bad for the environment. If anyone can help me out, that'd be great :)
