I had miscarriage in April , got a positive test on Saturday and now Im 5 weeks and 3-4 days and I have brown spotting discharge with little blood when I wipe and I was cramping on and off since got pregnant and now since that started I'm cramping consistent on left pelvic area and I'm just worried about another miscarriage or is it normal ? I have my first dr. appointment on august 30th for ultrasound

I have been reading and all pregnancies are different. Do you have any idea how far are you? 
I had a on and off left pain also on my hip side but at least I don't have it today. I will have an early ultrasound for early ectopic. I will recommend you to write your gp or again to your OB with this and request and hcg test to also check your levels. Good luck to you!
