Ugh I need it to happen.
I know losing weight takes time but I just want it gone. I only want to lose like 10-15lbs. But mainly I want to tone my body. I'm sick of looking at myself in the mirror and being unhappy. I don't eat very much anymore which I've gotten used to..
it's hard when you know someone personally that has "that body" as in like a supermodel body.
I compare myself which I know you shouldn't do .. but I can't help it. I've never been a physically active person but I'm at that point where I'm ready to do anything to get the body.
I also want to start trying for a baby soon and that kinda scares me that I'll get my body right then gain a lot and not be able to lose it after
