IUD REMOVAL FOR PREGNANCY

hi mommies I am almost 10 weeks pregnant and have my first Dr appointment tomorrow morning. I am worried about my Dr basically saying something negative because me and my husband chose to have the IUD removed to have another baby. we're only 22, with two babies already, all of our babies will be approximately two years apart. We did have a miscarriage of twins before our second child. The IUD was not removed by my primary doctor so she is going to be wondering why I didn't come to her to get it removed. Am I just over reacting? or has anyone else felt this way?
