Sunbed burns😭

Soo guys its not my first time to sunbed but omf! This week i went sunbedding for the first time this year.. I didn't burn at all i went monday and tuesday and when i did today i burnt like hecticly, but only on my bikini parts in front like my boobs and bikini area.. and my bumb where my small bikini always sits🙈 hec guys its shit sore!'

But thats not it actually i had to put on really tight jeans for an event tonight it was the only pants I could borrow at a friend.. and it made the burnt places make a rash on my one bum cheek and also on my bikini part infront like the teo corners by your hips where uouf panty would be omff its sore and swollen!!

What can i do or put on?

But i think i just got a rash on the burns from the pants especially because they were so very tight
