I tried to break up with boyfriend. We have been living together for a few months now and I have realized that it just isn't going anywhere. I love him, but we don't agree about anything. I feel like he doesn't respect me. We got into an argument and I just couldn't take it anymore. I put his stuff outside (I would have packed my stuff, but my name is on the lease), and he brought it back in and is refusing to leave. He is refusing to acknowledge that I broke up with him and says that I'll have to get the cops if I want him to leave. He won't leave! He says he is not leaving the relationship. What do I do? I wanted to avoid a messy breakup. I don't want to call the police on him, and he knows that. There are many reasons that we should break up. We share opposing views on everything from religion to music. He doesn't understand me and we just don't click anymore. I need help!
