Spotting then nothing again?

Okay so after a long stretch of not having a period yesterday was CD89. Last night I had a little bit of bleeding. . (Sorry if tmi) Just enough to have a little stain on the toilet paper. It wasn't a brownish color like I usually get prior to starting it was like a little red and just some pink for an hour after. Then it stopped.

My dr put me on provera and I stopped taking it on the 22nd as directed so it's been 11 days and I should be expecting my period. I haven't had any cramps and had a bfn. I'm really lost and don't know what to think at this point 😩

What could this bleeding be??? I don't track anything I was going to start after I get my period again, but I don't even know if I can consider this my period
