Condom broke

I got done with my period yesterday and I had sex with my boyfriend today. I understand tht after your done with your period you still get some spotting. We used a condom and he cummed inside the condom on the outside there was lil blood. Took it off double checked and then cleaned himself. Then we used a yellow Trojan condom which is ultra rigged and it broke but there was no cum.

Two questions:

Can having sex the next day after your period is done cause more bleeding?

Should I get the after pill Bc condom broke?

Help!!
