Diarrhea after sex

Hello everyone! I'm slightly new to Glow but this seems like the right place to ask this;

Every time I have sex I seem to get diarrhea the next day. I did some digging and people mentioned various things causing it such as a compound in semen that causes muscle cramping, or having orgasms. The semen part I've only seen mentioned to work when your partner actually cums inside, but neither that or an orgasm happend, yet I still get diarrhea.

Has anyone else experienced this? Any clue as to other causes for it??
