How old is my baby?

Okay so I know this might sound a bit silly, but I'm just wanting to know how old my baby is, my family keep telling me one age and my child health nurse tells me another,

Now he was born on the 14 of February 2017,

An app I have tells me he is 24 weeks which is 6 months right ? But my CHN is saying he is 22 / 23weeks,

Can someone please help me!!

I only want to know how old he is exactly cause by 6 months he will need to start having solids
