Bump soft not hard?

Hi! So I'm 16 weeks today and have gained around 4 pounds, I have s definite belly and am wearing a Bella band and maternity jeans BUT my stomach is still extremely soft, not hard. Like I have a beer belly. Is this normal? Will it stay softer or get hard soon?

Completely Normal! I'm 16wks 1day and mines is the same. A lil firm, but mostly after I eat. At this point there is no sucking it in, it's there to stay! 😁 until September that is lol

Mines hard when I'm standing, but goes soft when I sit or lay down.

Mines hard with softness on top...I'm 17 weeks and this is my third. I think it's because I weigh a little more this time around than I did with the previous two. To date, I've gained 3 lbs.
