Pregnant & Need to Get In Shape!
In the past year and a half I've gained about 30 pounds. At the beginning of February I started to try to get my life back on track by eating right and exercising on a regular basis. That came to a screeching halt when I got pregnant (surprise!!). My husband and I are thrilled, but I'm upset because I wanted to get myself healthy before getting pregnant. I'm 5'6" and 174 pounds.... Any tips for safe workouts while pregnant? I know dropping weight is not a healthy option, but I think I'd feel better by being active and toning up. My morning sickness is insane right now, so nothing too intense!
