My most recent ex told me all kinds of fun stuff like the following:

1. There is nothing you exhibit that I can't find in an African girl. African girls who sleep around , I get plently . Those who will talk behind my back( harder to find but I'm sure there are)

2. I trust you will only stay faithful if no one invites you or tests you .

3. I don't know if I'm even the one who got you pregnant.

4. I like you less than I hate your brother.

5. [Asked my 10 friends what they think of you and] I got 6 trashy and 4 low self esteem.

one of the worst and best things in hindsight my ex ever said to me was that he only wanted to come see me for the sex. insulted that he didn't want anything more but pleased that I am worth traveling hundreds of miles for sex for 😂

Those two things will always sit in the back of my head because I was giving them my time and energy and helping to take care of their kids when we were together. Didn't understand how I was "not ready to be a mother" when I was there every step of the way for you and your kids when their mom wasn't helping you. And the not having time is always just an excuse because I know for a fact that people make time for the things they want. Even if it's just a moment. Funny enough, a moment of their time was all I was asking for. Just an "I love you" text or something because we were in an LDR. So instead of falling by the wayside and not talking to them for 2-4 days at a time, I let it go because it was hurting me that they had time to argue but not time to understand that I didn't want much more than some acknowledgement and affection.

My ex was very verbally abusive. He used to tell me I was fat. That I was trash and no one loved me. That I was a whore even though I never even talked to any male other than him and my family members because he was so insecure and manipulative. That I was worthless. That he could do so much better than me. That I should kill myself... he is psychotic and once i left him he threatened to kill himself.
