10dpo today!

So. As the title says, I'm 10dpo today, I chart my temps, and had a big dip in the chart yesterday that I'm praying was implantation. How soon after implantation will a positive test come up? I only have a couple of tests, so I would rather wait, but well, I'm feeling very impatient!

I'm not really having many symptoms, I have sore boobs (but that's normal for me impending AF) I had a really bad headache 2 days ago (I only get headaches like that before a BFP and I feel like another coming along today) and I had some real noticeable pinching type cramps on my left side last night. Also feeling SLIGHT nausea today. My heart rate is also at 81bpm and I've only got out of bed to pee this morning so far.

What do you guys think?
