I got my BFP today, unfortunately my SO has left n now not sure how to feel
I got my BFP today, unfortunately my SO has left n now not sure how to feel! I've got three children already and not sure if I can handle it all again by myself. I feel happy but also worried about doing it all on my own. Wish this was a better post sorry x
