HELP!? Ex wants a baby

Soo I posted this every where but you all are FTM so I think I'd get some good opinions. Give it to me straight. 🤷🏽‍♀️. My ex which was soon to be fiancé broke up w/ me after 2 years. Says I wasn't there through a very ill grandpa(who passed away 2weeks ago) . A month prior ask me to take a Plan B etc : anyways after a month of singleness & limited communication he blows up my phone apologizes, saying it was stress from our relationship & he needed to focus on his last living guardian. Anyways as grandpa gets more ill we spend more time together, they consider me family. 2 weeks before grandpa passes we are TTC, bc he says he regrets telling me to take Plan B & would love to bring life in this world ( he always wanted a daughter) . First month failed. Im coming on my fertile week, but we are STILL not bf&gf; . But he treats me well, i stay with him & the family . But I dont know if #1 if i want to TTC if he is never going to be with me(I'm old school🙄💍👰🏽) , #2 I want to move out of this boring state & pursue my career (I'm 22) & want to start a fresh chapter even meet someone new if he doesn't want to rekindle things. But on the other hand I know we would be great parents. My ex is an amazing guy , gentle, respectful, loving I could see their bond now( future baby & him) anyways I want bold blunt honest but respectful opinions . Caz listen I was a great gf , when grandma died I stepped up& was the replacement woman in there house but I think I deserve a family the right way, marry someone then have a family. Bc if I have to co parent I'm moving either way, I cant stop my life. I dont want to have regrets either way. Its weird i feel like I know my future daughter lol✨😥👶🏽🤦🏽‍♀️. What do you think?
