TTC vent

So I had an early miscarriage this month...a friend of mine just found out she was pregnant also.  We were excited that we were both pregnant at the same time. Anyway fast forward and I lost the pregnancy.  I work with her husband and he also knows what happened but he still talks about her pregnancy everyday....am I wrong for not wanting to hear about it? I feel bad but I'm also still upset about what happened to me....we've been TTC for  6 months now.  Had blood work today to see if it shows anything....sorry just had to vent....
