Diva Cup?

I'm thinking about starting to use the diva cup. I've read things about it and I'm really curious. is it easy to use? how can you go without changing it? do you buy it at the pharmacy or supermarket?

I bought mine at Wal-Mart. I have used other Diva Cups before, so was already familiar with using it. This one was a little long for me, so I cut off the stem, but otherwise it works very well. It never unsunctions and have had little to no leakage.

I would look at the comparison charts online before deciding which brand of menstrual cup to buy.
I bought the diva cup at cvs without doing much research. It worked well for one month with a light flow. Then I had the paragard iud inserted and my period became very heavy. Diva cup small leaked constantly so I switched to a firmer, larger, more bell-shaped cup and that has been working better.
Before using reusable cups, I used the instead disposable softcups for years and loved them. They are easier to insert and remove, but have a much smaller capacity. Now I only use them on my light days.

I got mine at Walmart and I love it!!! I was so skeptical!!! I have a super heavy flow my first 2 days and usually don't go the full 12 hours it says you can keep it in (although I probably could) I change it close to every 8 hours my first day or so. They are the best products ever!!! I've had minimal leakage but that's only because I wasn't sure how to insert it correctly

I've never tried the diva cup, but I used the soft cup. Same concept, it's just disposable. I forget it's there.

How long can you go without changing it? Depends, do you have a heavier cycle? Even if you don't i suggest you change it every several hours (3-6). For my lightest and last day tho, I personally can leave it in all day or just wear a pantyliner.
