So to BD everyday or every other day during your fertile week?? There are a lot of mixed answers being given that Ive seen. I've read several articles online that say every other day is best for guys sperm to build back up. We have been BD usually twice during my fertile window for about 6-7 months now. Obviously that hasn't worked for us yet, so do I need to up our BD and how often??
