Sore boobs and now the pains gone , possible pregnancy sign???

Hi,

I generally have sore boobs starting about 10 days before my period.this month was strange with the same pain starting shortly after ovulation, 17 days before AF , it's lasted about 10 days and I woke up today and they don't hurt anymore. My period isn't due for about 8 more days, usually my boobs hurt until my period starts then the pain slowly goes away.

Could this be a pregnancy sign?

I'm on month 11 of trying so hopefully I'm pregnant 🤰 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻
