So its been happening every night where our 4 year old will not sleep in her bed and if she does, she'll wake up at the middle of the night and squeeze herself in between us. When she eventually falls back to sleep we pass her over back to her bed but last night it just wasn't happening. She would wake up constantly and whenever she would feel us trying to move her she would wanna start to cry. She is a crazy sleeper and we always end up with back aches or sleeping at the edge of the bed. She doesn't have her own room. We currently rent a basement because we are struggling financially so we just have 1 room where we sleep together but she has her own bed. There's been nights where I just can't have her in our bed anymore and I tell her in a firm voice she needs to sleep in her bed. She cries and cries and will not go to sleep. I don't know what else to do. This was last night, after I got out of the shower. Hubby sleeping with her in her bed because she didn't want to sleep alone. Any ideas on how to get her to stay in her bed?
