Is it bad if you just broke up with someone a couple of days ago and start going out with another person even if you known and liked him/her for a long time and was always there for you while your ex wasn't ?

All depends on the situation and relationships. If this was a little high school romance, no big deal, if this was a serious relationship that you've been in and both been committed to for quite some time (think many years), then yeah, waiting a little while would have been a good idea to make sure you were definitely over the first guy.
