Pregnant and dental work

I am so nervous!! I will be 13 weeks tomorrow and on Monday I'm getting a root canal and then I go back in on Friday to get fillings and a kind of baby tooth pulled. I'm not nervous about the meds as my midwife assured me it was safe. I'm terrified of the pain during the procedures and the pain afterwards since I can only take Tylenol. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
