HSG and ovulation

Hello ladies! I had my HSG test a week ago( Friday) and omg it was painful! But both tubes were clear and good to go! On that Sunday, two days later, I got a positive opk which is like 3 days earlier than I was expecting! Is it possible the HSG made me ovulate sooner?!? So confused.
