Cycle chart! And symptoms help!

No clue how to read this chart! Lol

But two days ago my breasts started to hurt and swell which never happens till about 4 days before period also been a bit moody and when me and husband did the deed today he noticed that the inside of my vagina is extremely soft and said it's never been that way!

Anyways how's it looking this cycle and when's the earliest you'd suggest testing ? Thanks!
