How do I take my temperature for ovulation?

Im new to this so I need help please.no rude comments please.I have never done my temperature thing,I know its more accurate than the strips.but I will like to know is when will I know im ovulating?do I do it with any terminator?at what time should I do it?sorry for my spelling ladys.tia

Take it first thing in the morning before you get out of bed for anything.  I started taking mine vaginally because I think I sleep with my mouth open a lot.  But you can do it orally as well... Just stick with the same method your entire cycle.

Early morning like 5am put ur alarm on when it rings take ur temp and than u can go back to bed..its the first thing u should do not go to the bathroom or get up.. and do this everyday at the same time

That's why my tempts are so messed up. N now I think I ovulated today or yesterday
