Sunburns ?

Does anybody know how to treat sunburns ? And after how many days will it be gone ? It's light nothing serious, but on my stomach it hurts a little when I have my bra on

Aloe! Don't use anything oily on burns as it'll trap in the heat and make it worse.

At some health food stores and grocery stores you can buy like an aloe leaf and you can use that on your sunburn. I find it really helps and makes a big difference. It depends on how bad the sunburn is and if you continue to be out in the sun with it, I've had sun burn that's lasted almost a week or just like 2 days. It really just depends

Plain yogurt, apply thick and leave on till it feels hot on you skin (10-15 minutes) a light burn goes away 3-5 days medium 6-8 and bad about 10 days; Atleast that Is how long for me.

Sour cream does wonders as well! It's gonna stink but it helps!

Right after you get sunburnt, use egg whites. Let it dry. Be generous. The sooner you apply the better. Don't wear tight clothes with it, or just walk around in a sports bra and some lose shorts. And wash it off after 2-3 hrs and before you go to sleep remember coconut oil!!! ((:
