Glucose test
I go for my 1 hour Glucose tolerance test in 3 days. My paper says No special diet required but it's a good idea to avoid concentrated carbohydrates and sweets for 24 hours before the test.
What are concentrated carbohydrates? And what did you eat the day before your test?
