ok so I've been TTC for 6 months now! Do you guys have any advice or tips I could try that might help me conceive?

how do you track ovulation?  that's your first step

Don't try. I know it sounds crazy, but that's how I conceived with both my kids. I thought I couldn't have kids with my first, and the second I had so much going on I forgot my birth control....well we didn't wear protection, had fun, and just forgot about ttc. Next thing I know I'm preggers. Like I said this happened both times. So maybe just stop trying and have fun. Good luck!
