Started depo on 2/19, hadn't had a period until yesterday...sorry in advance for TMI. But it started more like medium spotting, and a heavier period today, a couple hours ago I was walking and felt something drop felt like normal when your on your period, but then when I went to the bathroom a gel-like sac was on my pad (I normally wear tampons but wore a pad today just because my period is not normal) I was tested for pregnancy the day of my shot and it was negative, I just want to know if this seems like a miscarriage or should I consider this "normal"?
