My husband don't won't sex as much as I do

My husband(26) and I (22) have been together 4 yrs we have a 2 yr old. When we were younger we had sex all the time multiple times a day. And now we may have sex once a week and I want it all the time and he is always telling me he is too tired he isn't young anymore. Help plz!
