I had a period last month but...

I took at test today because of light spotting...it says pregnant!!! Yay!! My question is, I am not due for my period for 10 more days and have been pretty spot on every month.  I took one of those tests that tells you how many weeks...it says 3+... But based on period it says I should be 2 weeks.  The pregnancy test was BRIGHT blue and showed up instantaneously!!! No doubt about the positive.  Could I be further along??​
