So I would like to know my exact ovulation day, for the obvious purpose of BD and I also want to try the "pineapple trick" this month. My temps are unreliable I tracked last month and they were never consistent enough to notice a significant rise. I did have my positive OPK last month, at first I thought that meant I was ovulating. Then I read that the positive test just means I was going to ovulate within the next 36 hours. How do people know when it is the exact day? Is glows predicted day usually correct?
