Help!

I am new to the group and lost on how this works. I have a 7 yr old daughter and had issues trying with her now we are trying again for baby #2 and having the same issues again. My cycle is irregular if I'm not using bc so it's really hard to track my cycles monthly. I quit bc after 4 yrs of use and only have had 1 period since Feb and that was in June. I have taken 2 tests both negative. Have had symptoms that haven't gone away. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated TY
