On day 4 of my period. Before this month I was on Lupron for a (cancelled) FET cycle. Then on provera to induce

Period. Got my period, then went right on BC. 12 days later stopped BC to start natural FET cycle. So here's my issue/questions. For a lot of today I have been having pretty constant twinges on just my right side/ovary area. Definitely not cramping, twinges. Do you think I should be worried about a cyst? My body has been so wacky lately, and I guess I really haven't ovulated since like May. Just worried something weird is happening. Anyone ever have something like this? Ovary twinges during period?
