Fertility problem

I need help guys, i had a semem analysis done last year and had low count and low motility. At the time of that test i was a really heavy smoker, drinker and using drugs as well. I know for a fact all those bad habbits was the cause of my results being so low. I tried stopping but had a problem doing so. Now today marks exactly one month of me being completely sober not one beer not one cigarette nothing at all whats so ever cause im really trying to have a baby with my wife. Do you guys think by me stopping all this my sperm will improve and if so how long will it take for it to improve. Also the day i went sober i started taking fertilaid, count boost, and motility boost hoping that would help me out what do you guys think?
