PLEASE READ

I have irregular periods I have several different apps and majority of them gave me the same ovulation week we BD everyday that week and some before an after I am suppose to start my period the 9th or 10th and I am haveing some pain on each side of my ovaries and slight cramping I also have lots of white CM for the past 3 days it kind of looks like snot ... I took a pregnancy test a few mins ago and it was BFN is it still to soon to test should I give it some time ? And my lower back is killing me
