Some one please help me..

So I started taking Birth Control when I was 14, I'm 27 now, and long story short I lost my insurance and was off BC for 4 months.. My acne went insane.. I have never had acne like this before in my life and it's so embarrassing. My Back is the worst, it comes and goes on my chest, and my face around my hair line is usually a mess. I've been back on BC now for two weeks... it almost seems to be worse lately too (however, I did start a pack of pill mid cycle, and I am very close to my period so that could be why).. Please help me.. It's beatufil outside and I've had to wear T-shirts all summer long, and I haven't even gotten to wear a single little summer dress or anything because I am so self conscious. Tips and tricks for soothing my skin? Home made remedies or products that have worked great for any of you? Has anyone had issues like this before? I can't take it anymore. 😢😭
