I have a 10 year old step son and a 4 year old little girl me and my husband have been trying for 3 years to have another baby my mother in law asked why I told her I wanted to try for a son she said you already have one I tried to explain that I lovey step son with all my heart like he was my own but the fact is he isn't we only have him every other weekend and now mostly just during the summer but none the less I love him like he is my son but I would love to have a boy of my own is that wrong or is she right or is it normal to won't your own son even thou you have a step son
